Your 45-day trial begins the day your keyboard is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 45 days, we'll have it picked up and issue a full refund. (Awesome, right?)
We do ask all customers to spend up to 14 days on their new keyboard before starting a return or exchange so their hands have enough time to adjust to split-keyboard's unique feel + ergonomics!
If there's something wrong with your keyboard, we'll replace it for up to 2 years, starting from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is valid only if the purchaser uses the product for personal consumer use. The warranty no longer applies after any resale, whether new or used. Original, dated proof of purchase by the original purchaser, and official warranty document to make a warranty claim.

If you don’t love your keyboard, just contact one of our helpful customer service team to confirm eligibility and arrange a return. We'll pick it up and issue you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must be within the 45-day trial period and have had the keyboard for at least 14 days; the keyboard must also be clean and undamaged. You will be refunded the full keyboard price minus the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.
A smooth and linear feel with very low audible click makes the RED switch perfect for speedy typing and quieter environments.
A balanced tactile feel and a medium audible click make the BROWN switch our customer’s most popular choice.
A high tactile “bump” feel and substaintial audible “click” makes the WHITE switch perfect for those who want lots of typing feedback.
